Located in the center of Grounds, on the 3rd Floor of Newcomb Hall, the LGBTQ Center is a welcoming physical safe space and a programming center at the University of Virginia. Whether you’re questioning, coming out, LGBTQ+-identified, or an ally, all are welcome in the LGBTQ Center.
Staffed fully by student volunteers, the center provides opportunities to gather in supportive community. The center includes lounge areas, work spaces, and a variety of free safer sex materials.
